What if someone taught you how to read the roadmap leading to your unique Life Dream, your full potential?
Come, experience Energetic Awareness; practice getting information through Sensitivity. And with this, be led into Transformation to greater experience of your Essence and Presence. We call this E.A.S.T.
Reading the Sign Posts toward Your Life Dream
E.A.S.T. techniques give you the tools to draw away from the negatives in your life and learn to follow the positive signs. The negative is just clutter. It was often said to me you had to embrace all this negativity, the shadow. I embrace a different theory. Your dream already exists in your self. It’s more important that people learn how to recognize the indicators that are pointing them in the right direction. Instead of stigmatizing or traumatizing them, we just have to show them that they’re free already.
About Jef Crab
Jef Crab was born in Belgium in 1957. At young age he entered the local Judo club and became immediately fascinated with movement. This would quickly direct him to other techniques and styles, including Karate-do, Aï Ki Do and Military Style Close Combat.
In 1984, on his search for the sources of movement, he went to Taiwan, where he was accepted by Master Wang Hui Jun (Henry), who was already at that time multiple Pushing Hands champion of the Taiwan Tai Chi Association. From this encounter he abandoned all outer-style martial arts and dedicated himself to study solely inner movement. In the late ’80’s he started his own White Clouds schools in Belgium in three major cities. Several hundred students took his weekly classes and followed his seminars.
In those years he also had a very close contact with the world-famous Sumi-e and Ikebana teacher Akira Tatsumura, a Zen Master who mentored him on the deeper aspects of the mind and the energetic layers. Several times Jef stayed for longer periods in the Tatsumura residence in Milan and was instructed privately.
His journey to the source of all movement finally brought him to the Hungarian shaman Jóska Soós de Sóvar, himself born into the Basci clan, the Hungarian shaman clan with roots to Siberian Shamanism. This first meeting was the result of dreams in which Jóska, at the time unknown to Jef, appeared so dramatically and with such accuracy that, two years later, Jef found his way to Jóska’s home in Antwerp.
Jóska Soós, besides being a well-known painter of Light Beings and Sound Entities, also conducted workshops with numerous Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments he bought in person from exiled Tibetan monks. Taking Jef as a protégé as in the practices of ancient wisdom teachers, he initiated him into the use of his instruments and eventually into his secret teachings in conjunction with his twenty-eight spirit guides. He said that like himself, Jef was in the energy of the “three Josephs”: Joseph of the coat of many colors, Joseph the father of Jesus, and Joseph of Arimathea. They both shared the same name anyway, Josef, one shortened to Jóska, the other to Jef.
At Yeunten Ling, the European Centre for Tibetan Buddhism at Huy, Belgium, Jef also received three initiations from the Dalai Lama, amongst which two personal / individual.
Still considering himself a Ta’i Chi student, up to this day, Jef also continues the study of inner movement and spiritual development as taught by the nowadays 113-year-old Taoist sage, Ni Hua Ching. This under guidance of Patrick Kelly, a highly accomplished Ta’i Chi teacher with schools worldwide.
Following childhood visions and dreams, in 1993 Jef moved to Suriname, on the edge of the Rain Forest, where he resides with his family. Through continued practice, meditation and contact with indigenous and tribal peoples, he further developed his own brand of mystical and body awareness studies.
The Training Centre at La Rencontre, today primarily run by Jes and Natasha’s daughters, is the cradle for numerous projects on sustainable development, some in close cooperation with tribal people, others on the governmental level. Naturally, all of these breathe primarily Earth-friendly and humane practices.
Eventually, for more than 15 years he taught Bio-ethics, Personal Authenticity, Holistic Medicine and Holistic Ecology at the Institute of Medical Sciences, the Pedagogic Institute and the Institute for Graduate Studies in Paramaribo.
In 2002, at the request of Senator Maurits Coppieters, Honorary Chairman of the Flemish government, he published his visions in an ethical-ecological essay, Eternal Spring. Living with Enough in a World of Abundance, a roadmap towards Global Humanism.
One of his commitments is to the education of children, which he has a different perspective on. After some remarkable results in primary schools and a juvenile detention centre in Suriname, in 2009 UNICEF accepted his E.A.S.T. (Energetic Awareness, Sensitivity and Transformation) Institute as a partner organization.
In 2011, together with some of the E.A.S.T. teachers, he established an ALIVE school in Paramaribo. ALIVE is an acronym for Authenticity and Learning in a Vitalizing Environment.
Jef is also an important advisor, and friend, to the Paramount Chief of the Saamaka Tribe in the Upper Suriname Basin. There he coordinates projects aimed at strengthening rural women’s groups, poverty alleviation and environmental protection. An integrated development process was formulated, allowing the Saamaka to safeguard their cultural traditions and lifestyle whilst increasing their economic flexibility and resilience against the modern consumer society.
Finally, he has also committed to teaching in Europe—in biannual workshops in Belgium, Holland and Germany, developing a number of teachers there to carry his work forward. To do this, he founded the international E.A.S.T. (Energetic Awareness, Sensitivity and Transformation) Institute.
A few of the public workshops he teaches are “Creating space for your Self”; “the power of the Ancestors”; and “Energy and Relaxation through the Body” (eNRBi).
For organizations and companies he conducts workshops as well as sets trajectories based on Energy Management; the Energy-Increasing team; and Authentic Leadership
About his bio-sketch he states : “Although it might seem that I’ve realized some things during my life, I have to state clearly that most of it is not of my making. Persons or situations just came to me. Maybe I just bumped into them. My only contribution was that I could connect to them and thus they became my problem as well. From that point on, we were guided to the solution. So, being realistic, I only followed the stream.
“Anyone can do this. Millions of other people do this every day in their own environment. The secret is connectedness. It all starts there . . .”
Workshops in Raleigh, NC
Jeb Crab will be visiting Raleigh in the spring of 2018 - not summer 2017. He has rescheduled because of illness. As part of the preparation for his 2018 visit, he will be setting up FREE online discussions early in the year. This is a rare opportunity to meet and interact with him in the USA. He seldom visits and although he is quite well known in Europe, chances to meet someone of his calibre are very unique here. Private sessions are available. Contact Margaret Harrell, who is sponsoring his visit, directly for a detailed sessions calendar.
If you would like to secure your space for the Raleigh workshops by leaving a deposit or paying in full, select your event(s) from the drop-down PayPal menu below.
During this free evening at Dancing Moon, to be announced in 2018 (5 - 7 p.m.), Jef Crab will guide a conversation and inter-vision around questions of the attendees. This always from his personal life experience and with the E.A.S.T.® (Energetic Awareness, Sensitivity & Transformation) method as a benchmark.
The eNRBi® exercises are derived from a deep understanding of kinetics and Western and Asian relaxation techniques. In feedback and scientific evaluation, eNRBi® proved its worth in the prevention of and recovery from many of today's diseases that arise from energy loss, burnout, CFS, back pain, headache and more. It can be performed by almost anyone—without limit by age or physical ability. Even in a wheelchair. Learn more or register for the workshop
Shamanic Healing through Sound
During this 3-day workshop we will concentrate on these matters in a dialectic way. By using drumming and chanting, spirit guides, "waking dreams" and other impressions are evoked. As we share these visions and impressions, a path will become clear. A path leading us to experience the shamanic axioms in their real meaning. Participants will attain inner freedom, wisdom and purity, individual as well as collective.

Authenticity Healing Presence
Energetic Awareness Sensitivity & Transformation (E.A.S.T.) is based on the concept that every human being has purpose— a life-dream, so to speak. Fulfilment in life comes from following this dream, literally realizing this purpose. Learn More or register for the workshop here
